LLEGADA al campus principal a partir de las 7:20 a.m.

Para su comodidad, habrá un nuevo carril para dejar y recoger a los estudiantes desde el auto en el frente de la escuela.

Los estudiantes deben salir del vehículo por el lado derecho del pasajero de forma independiente. Los padres permanecerán en el automóvil y el personal abrirá las puertas del automóvil y saludará a nuestros estudiantes.
Los estudiantes entrarán por la cafetería. El personal estará colocado en el carril de autoservicio y en la cafeteria.
A partir de las 7:35 a.m. los estudiantes irán a los pasillos de su nivel de grado asignado para que los recojan los maestros.
El desayuno se servirá de 7:20 a 8:00 a.m.
Cada profesor recogerá su clase a las 7:45 a.m. del pasillo.
Como parte de nuestros protocolos de seguridad, los padres de K-8 no acompañarán a los estudiantes al salón de clases.

RETIRO TEMPRANO

Los padres que necesiten recoger a los estudiantes antes de la hora de salida deben acercarse a la oficina, enseñar su identificación y retirar los estudiantes antes de las 2:30 pm. Los estudiantes no serán despedidos después de las 2:30 pm. No habrán excepciones. Por favor considere esta información cuando agende citas médicas. Recuerde que la última parte del día es muy activa con las finalizaciones de lecciones y preparaciones para la salida.

SALIDA en el campus principal a las 3:25 PM

Los padres exhibirán el letrero de recogida de la escuela en el lado derecho del parabrizas. El personal podrá comunicarse con anticipación para agilitar la salida por el carril que recoja a los estudiantes.

Hay dos sitios para recoger; cada sitio está designado para grados y hermanos mayores. Los hermanos mayores se reunirán con el menor de todos a la hora de la salida para que los padres puedan recoger a los estudiantes en un solo lugar.

CAMBIOS TEMPORALES DE REGRESO A CASA

En ocasiones, es posible que haya un cambio en la forma en que su hijo/a regrese a casa. Los padres deben notificar por escrito a los maestros cada vez que haya un cambio. Envie el aviso con el estudiante para el maestro y también puede notificar al maestro de su hijo/a a través de Class Dojo. Si no se recibe una notificación antes de las 2:30 p.m., su hijo/a regresará a casa de la manera habitual.

A new drive-through drop-off / pick-up lane in the front of the school will be available for your convenience.

Students must exit the vehicle through the passenger-right side independently. Parents will stay in the car, and personnel will open car doors and greet our students.
Students will enter through the cafeteria. Personnel will be posted in the drive-thru lane and in the cafeteria.
Starting at 7:35 am students will go to their assigned grade level hallways for teacher pick-up.
Breakfast is served from 7:20 - 8:00 am.
Each teacher will collect her/his class from the hallway at 7:45 am.
As part of our safety protocols, K-8 parents will not escort students to the classroom.

*The instructional day starts at 8:05 AM. Students are tardy if they are not in their classrooms by 8:05 AM.

EARLY PICK-UP

Parents who need to pick-up their children before the regular dismissal time, must go to the attendance office, show picture identification, and check-out their child before 2:30 pm. Students will not be released after 2:30 pm. No exceptions. Please consider this information when scheduling medical appointments. Keep in mind that the latter part of the day includes lesson closure and important dismissal procedures and information.

Parents will display the school pick-up sign on the passenger side of the car dashboard. This way personnel will be able to provide advance notice as the cars move through the pick-up lane. The sign will be provided by the school.

There are two sites for pick-up; each site is designated for grades and older siblings. Older siblings will join the youngest for dismissal so that parents can pick students up from one spot.

CHANGE IN WAY A STUDENT GOES HOME

On occasion you may need to change how your child will go home. Parents must provide teachers with written notice when there is a change; send a note with your child and/ or notify the teacher via Class Dojo. If notification is not received by 2:30 pm, your child will return home the usual way.

Procedimientos de llegada 2024 - 2025

Día académico es de las 7:50 a.m. a las 3:10 p.m.

SOLAMENTE los dos primeros días de clases (13 y 14 de agosto):

Los padres de familia podrán llevar a sus hijos (as) a sus respectivos salones de clase.

Desde del jueves 15 de agosto hasta el término del año escolar:

Para mantener la seguridad, los padres de familia deberán usar la línea de autoservicio para dejar a su hijo/a (favor de no encaminar a su hijo (a) hasta la puerta de la escuela debido a que hay mucho tráfico en movimiento y para que el personal escolar continúe ayudando a los estudiantes a bajar en la línea de autoservicio.)

Favor de ser PACIENTE los primeros días de clases, el procedimiento será lento, pero con el paso del tiempo tendrá más fluidez.

Conduzca por el carril, DETÉNGASE y coloque su automóvil en PARK (P).
Los padres se quedarán en el automóvil.
Desabroche el cinturón de seguridad de su hijo (si puede alcanzarlo).
El personal ayudará a su hijo(a) a salir del automóvil. Por favor, tenga el asiento de seguridad de su hijo en el lado del carril para cuando abramos la puerta (por seguridad).
La llegada será de 7:20-7:50, favor de llegar temprano ya que el tráfico se vuelve más pesado de 7:40-7:50, lo que causa una fila más larga y mayor tiempo de espera.
Si llega después de las 7:50 (El autoservicio termina a las 7:50 AM), tendrá que estacionarse (NO en el carril de incendios) y llevar a su hijo(a) a la puerta de la escuela.
El personal llevará a su hijo(a) a clase. Las tardanzas se registran a partir de las 7:50 AM.
La escuela inicia puntualmente a las 7:50 AM y se requiere llegar a tiempo todos los días.

Procedimientos de salida 2024 - 2025

Desde el martes 13 de agosto hasta el término del año escolar:

Los padres deberán estacionarse y caminar hacia las áreas designadas, presentarán una identificación con foto (todos los adultos en la lista autorizada deben tener una identificación con foto para la seguridad de los niños).

Favor de tener paciencia durante la primera semana, ya que el proceso tomará más tiempo de lo habitual; las maestras deben verificar la identificación con foto para garantizar que están entregando al estudiante a la persona autorizada por los padres.

El día escolar termina a las 3:10 PM, favor llegar a tiempo.

Tanto la maestra como la asistente de instrucción trabajarán juntas para garantizar que los estudiantes sean entregados de manera segura a un padre/tutor de la lista aprobada. El padre/tutor firmará al recibir a su hijo(a.)

Los padres/tutores esperan en los escalones junto a la rampa (por favor, no se pare en el área de la rampa - la rampa debe mantenerse libre para el acceso de sillas de ruedas). Las maestras entregarán los estudiantes a los padres.

En la puerta lateral de la escuela puerta #3 - Mares & Torres

Los padres/tutores esperan afuera de las puertas del edificio. Las maestras entregarán los estudiantes a los padres.

Puerta trasera de la escuela puerta # 4 - Iruegas & Chavez

Los padres/tutores esperarán afuera de las puertas azules del edificio. Las maestras llevarán a los estudiantes a los padres.

Drop-off / Arrival Procedures 2024 - 2025

Instructional Day is 7:50 a.m. - 3:10 p.m.

Arrive between 7:20-7:50 AM---school starts at 7:50 AM

First two days of school ONLY (August 13 and August 14):

ALL students’ parents will walk their children to their classrooms.

Beginning on Thursday, August 15th until end of school year:

For safety, ALL students must be dropped off using the drive-through service (please do not walk your child up to the building/curb due to moving cars and so that school staff can continue assisting students in the drive-through lane).

Please be PATIENT. The first few days of school will be slower, but the process becomes more efficient.

Drive up on the curb, STOP, set your car in PARK (P). Parents stay in the car.
Unbuckle your child’s seat belt (if you are able to reach).
Staff members will assist your child in getting out of the car.
Please have your child’s car seat on the curb side when we open the door (for safety).
Drop off will be from 7:20-7:50; please arrive early as it gets very congested from 7:40-7:50 which causes a longer line and wait time.
If you arrive after 7:50 (drive-through service ends at 7:50 AM), please park in a parking spot (NOT in the fire lane) and bring your child to the door. A staff member will escort your child to class. Tardies are recorded at 7:50 AM.
School begins promptly at 7:50 AM and arriving on time daily is required.

Pick-up / Dismissal Procedures 2024 - 2025

Beginning on Tuesday, August 13th until end of school year:

Parents will park and walk to designated areas and present photo identification (all adults on the authorized list must have photo identification for safety/security of children).

Please be patient during the first week as the process will take longer than usual as teachers check photo identification to ensure safety of releasing students to authorized adults.

School ends at 3:10 PM, please arrive on time.

Both Teacher and Instructional Assistant will be working together to ensure that students are released safely to a parent/guardian on the approved list. A sign-out sheet will be used.

Three areas of school for dismissal:

Front of School Door #1 - Garcia & Ruiz

Parents/guardians wait on steps next to the ramp (please do not stand in the ramp area - ramp must be kept clear for wheelchair access). Teachers will bring students to parents.

Side of School Door #3 - Mares & Torres

Parents/guardians will wait outside the doors of the building. Teachers will bring students to parents.

Back of School Door #4 - Iruegas & Chavez

Parents/guardians will wait outside the blue doors of the building. Teachers will bring students to parents.
